| So one of our team members had a fabulous idea to start a little eprops forum here, which is what Ive been hoping for anyway. So what I will do is 2-3 times a week post a question and everyone can give their input and ask questions or debate about it. So here is the first forum question: What do you think is the best exercise for those extra hard flab areas (inner thighs, abs, arms) and why? Lets see how many we can come up with and if there are any new ones that could really help out a team mate, whether its in a gym or something to do at home. You can even post one for both situations. | Hope the team is doing well. I have yet to hear from any of you.... Im going away for the weekend so I thought I would make a quick post with a long list of negative calorie foods. Negative calorie foods do in fact have calories, however when the body is digesting them it burns calories because it takes more calories to burn the food than that which is within it. So if you feel a binge, or even just for regular daily meals, here is some great stuff to have any time of the day! | Welcome Girls! This is your team leader, Kat, speaking. I hope you like the layout. If you have any preferences just let me know. The purpose of this site is for all of us to have one place to come to where we can update on our points, talk about our day or any troubles we are having at the moment, gain inspiration, and push on harder with easier contact with everyone. I think we should start by each posting a comment telling our name, weight, goal weight for the end of the challenge, age, and a little something extra for fun, and if you have a screenname one of those too, this way we get to know each other. Feel free to leave any other thoughts or comments.
